Phonebook Listings

We do not now appear as listed in our local telephone directory, Yellow Pages or Thompsons.  Is this the sesult of our having transferred our 2 line rentals to plusnet?  As a business this could cause us problems...

Is it a business or residential account as residential phone accounts are 'ex-directory' by default these days.

Thank you for your time on the phone earlier. As discussed I have now placed an order against both your accounts to enable the directory listing for the phonebook & online.
This is due to complete on 15/10/2012.
