Phone u/s now for two days

No phone for two days now, could anyone please verify that something is being done to rectify this?  Ticket ref. 172209433.

No dial tone, but internet as normal (fibre). Problem in the exchange ?Huh

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your phone line.

I've checked the fault report with our suppliers and I can see an engineer has been assigned to the job this morning.

Our faults team will update you via the open ticket when we know more.
