Phone still not transferred

Early in December I ordered a migration from my PN ADSLmax to FTTC, plus transfer of my phone line from Sky to PN.
Apparently these can't be done at the same time, and so the phone order was put on hold pending completion of the FTTC.
After lots of issues getting the FTTC ordered, it was installed on 30th December ... but I still seem to be with Sky (and the year's line rental with PN has not been taken).
This should have automatically been done on completion of the FTTC order, so I wonder what has happened.
Also, one thing that isn't clear is whether I get the same features that I have with Sky (1571, 141 and CLI) without requesting them.

Re: Phone still not transferred

I can answer that
Due to OFCOM anti slamming rules the phone transfer happens 10 (working I think) days after the request
CLI is an extra charge added via the portal £0.99 per month
Basic 1571 is included but will probably need activating
What is 141 - note 1471 is included by default

Re: Phone still not transferred

Thanks, Oldjijm ... none of this is explained by PlusNet.
I'm surprised that the CLI service (which was free with Sky) is going to cost £12 a year. I can find no reference to it (one for OfCom perhaps?)
I actually need to DE-ACTIVATE 1571 (which I don't want, but didn't explain!)
As for 141 - it's the standard WITHHOLD NUMBER code!

Re: Phone still not transferred

Sky's line rental is now 90p more than PN of course...
