Phone services not available - Caller ID etc

Hello,

Raising this problem on behalf of my dear old mum (username [Removed]).

She has switched her phone from BT to Plusnet, the changeover occurred at 3am this morning.

However, services are not working...

Caller ID not working - phone shows "External Call", her account page shows the service as active, dialing *#234# gives the message "Sorry, the service requested is not available".

Call Protect not working - account page shows the service as active, dialing 1572 gives the message "The service can not be connected".

It looks like the agent didn't select the features on our supplier's systems.

I've done this now and it should be up and running within the hour
