Phone service installation unsuccessful



I received message via control panel of the Plusnet at 22nd September (no mail sent to me) which is automated response i believe.


The order for your phone service has been unsuccessful. We'll look into this and contact you if there are any problems.

The order for this service has been rejected. Please see the install history tool for full details.


What does that mean, what should i do? I couldnt find any information on control panel nor i received any e-mail about it.

Sorry to hear this.

It looks like that at the time we tried placing the order to activate your phone line there was a system issue which prevented your order from being placed.

I've now replaced the order for you and once this is done we'll place the order to activate your broadband
