Phone redirected to voicemail

It has been 10 days since this has happened. Couldn't dail out either. I've tried both cancelling and re-enabling voicemail on control page and it still doesn't work.

From testing, it seems that there is a loop condition; basically a short circuit on your line.

To rule out your equipment as the cause, we would like to see if the fault is still present with your equipment disconnected from the line.

I've created a ticket for you here, if you could confirm that the checks have been carried out, we'll take things from there.

Hi can you test out the phoneline now? All the cables have been unplugged.

Unfortunately a line test is still returning loop condition. I've raised a new ticket requesting some checks which you may or may not have already carried out, but it also has information on how to proceed with an engineer visit.
