Phone package help

Need a little help understanding my phone package.
Signed up for the Unlimited Broadband + Weekend Calls package.
I've just seen a page that says I have £55 credit - What exactly is that?
I read a little more about it and I was a little confused.
What are my limitations with this package when it comes to making phone calls? I am not looking for any nasty bills at the end of the month!

Yeah that is what I saw, I didn't really understand it.
Even after reading the FAQ.

You have free weekend calls to landlines, but if you make calls during the week, or to mobiles, then you will have to pay for the calls.  The credit limit means that you will only be allowed to make calls up to the value of £55 in any one month, except by prior arrangement.  If you don't make any chargeable calls, then there will be nothing to pay.

Note that not all calls to landlines are included in the free package - premium rate calls aren't such as 090 or 0844 numbers for example http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/package-guides/phone#inclusive-calls

I realise this is going to sound like an extremely dumb question...
Do I get charged for answering calls?
Say for example my dad phoned me on his mobile, during the week.
Or is it only outgoing calls I'm charged for.
