Phone order :)

Just a quick question on how this is proceeding.
Fttc is due to be installed tomorrow (12th) but haven't had the usual "sorry your leaving" letter from our current wrl3 provider ?
Just wonderning how the migration order is coming along? The fttc order had to be all done manually by cs just wondering if the phone part needed the same.
