Phone order in progress
I tried to add a call feature at the beginning of July and ever since, the following is shown when I log into the member centre.
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
A ticket was raised on the 9th July and absolutely nothing has been done. I've also sent a private message to @Gandalf and received no response. What's going on at plusnet? And why are basic problems not being dealt with?
