Phone order in progress for about a month.

Hello, I added caller display to my phone account and it's been stuck on phone order in progress since.

Can anyone help?

There are known issues in the business back end to BT Openreach systems, where orders raised by Plusnet, passed to BT Openreach do not always report back that the request has been actioned.  Is CLI working?

Fixing the "in progress" status will need a bit of magic from one of the staff members...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi, I also have this problem; error message on login saying open phone order, no changes can be made. Have called support three times about this, the agent did enable call protection manually but the message persists.

Can this be fixed please?

Hi there, I'm really sorry for the issues you've had with this.

From what I can see there are a few call features showing as pending activation, but not all of them are active with our suppliers. I've placed an order to fix that and once done, I'll update your account to reflect there's no open order. 

This should be within the next hour. Let me know how it goes.
