Phone order in process

Hello, can someone at Plusnet twiddle some knobs please.

 

My call minder was full, so read on here to deactivate and reactivate which I did successfully on 5/12/20 now just have to keep adding all the superfluous cold callers again, but hey ho.

 

My issue today is :

BB contract is up for renewal, unable to renew as my account has outstanding phone service awaiting activation which happens to be call protect see attachment, can someone activate (even though its physically working) to allow me to proceed with my renewal.
