Phone order change seems slow to complete
On the 23/7/2020 I attempted to put caller id onto my account, I received an email later saying both voicemail and call protect and been removed for some reason and now when I log on it says i cannot alter my package because a phone order is in progress.
I can also see that Caller Display,Voicemail and Call Protect are all still waiting activation.
Does it normally take so long to activate them?

Interesting to hear yours is sorted..
I have exactly the same issue and have had an open ticket since 9th July.
