Phone order cancelled?

Hi, I have recently ordered and paid for broadband, and my activation date is the 18th Dec. However, I have recieved an email saying my phone order has been cancelled? What does this mean?

It looks like the current owner of the line cancelled the transfer as they stated you didn't want to move?
Can you PM me with your address to make sure the details are correct.

Ive private messaged my address twice now, tried ringing but was waiting too long. Whats happening?
