Phone number not recognised

Hi, 

My landline is still unable to accept calls due to phone number still not recognised. I was informed the other day by phone this issue was been resolved & completed by BT since yesterday, but the issue remains.

We've been advised the number is now with us so it may be that there's a further fault on the line.

Can you respond to the open ticket on your account?

You can find the support ticket on your account here - please reply by going toward the bottom of the ticket page and selecting "add further comment" or similar and reply with the requested info. Once you've done that feel free to drop us a message on this thread and we can get that picked up for you.
