Phone number Port from Vonage - previously BT

What is the process for requesting a number port? I recently signed up to Plusnet - not yet installed - and wish to keep number. It was originally a BT landline number until about 4 years ago then ported to Vonage VOIP.

If you've provided us with the number when you signed up then we'll try and bring the number over. If you haven't we'd need to cancel the order currently in place and replace it with the number to avoid you paying a charge to renumber the line once it goes active.
