Phone not working

My phone has been off all of today and I would like someone to check what may be the cause please.
Phone is connected directly to the main socket and was working fine last night.

That's something we'd do as part of our faults process, I can see you've raised a ticket regarding this anyway and an issue has been identified so I hope that gets resolved ASAP for you.

I was told it would take up to 27th to be fixed but had a call earlier today and it seems to have been sorted already.
I will keep my fingers crossed it's permanent and not a 'quick' fix

i had the same problem when i was with sky, the whole phone dead! could not hear any dial tone at all! i had to have an engineer visit to get mine up & running :]
