So 5 days on.

Has the phone been fixed? -> No

Has the update that Adam said above would be given? -> No

Has the support ticket been updated as promised on it? -> No

Have CS replied to my request on the support ticket? -> No

Does online chat work? -> No

 

Come on PlusNet, as mentioned before, no wonder your customers get grumpy, do you wonder why?

Sorry to hear you're still having issues.

I've spoken with our suppliers today who have advised that an engineer is due to go out today.

Engineer never arrived.

 

At least Yassar from PlusNet just called me to tell me that nothing happened. He listened to me bleating on about the issue but stayed calm & professional. That guy is a credit to you. Next update is promised by tomorrow midnight. We shall see.

I'm really sorry to see the engineer didn't attend yesterday. The fault has been assigned to an engineer this morning so this is being worked on today.
