The fault on the line was reported on the 3rd October.

Three (3) options were provided for the attendance of an Engineer to rectify the fault.  None of these options were taken up.

Additional options have been provided when an Engineer can gain access to the property;

Wednesday 17th October 2018 08:00 to 18:00 and similar window on Friday 19th October.
