Phone not showing as activated, wanted to add caller display.

I recently migrated back to PN (from BT), everything has been working fine, however I can't access any phone related sections of the website's control panel (I was wanting to add caller display to my package, check bills, etc).
The phone is still showing as unconfigured in my account details, with other pages saying I don't have a home phone, or that it hasn't yet been processed, etc.
I tried ringing support a couple of weeks back, the rep I spoke to said it was just a glitch and they'd fix it and add caller display for me, in the next 24h - nothing seems to have come of that though.
I'd appreciate it if someone could sort this out for me.
