For some time the phone has been unable to receive calls and there is no dial tome to make a call. The broadband is working (although there are occasional dropouts).
I have performed all the tests suggested in the trouble-shooting webpages (check phone, disconnect all other devices, etc.) and the line test reports that the "The result of your line check is unclear".
There seem to be several other posts in the PN Community, and the solution always seems to lie with a fault in the Plusnet or Openreach systems.
Would the contact centre please raise a ticket to investigate this fault.
