I have reported the occasional crackles on my line and now get the attached error message. I did check and line is plugged in😊
Have you tried with a different phone, preferably a wired one?

I'd echo @Baldrick1 here as I've run some tests on the line which have not picked up on any issues with the network. If the problem persists after trying a wired phone, let us know and we'll go down the engineer route to have the matter resolved.
