My phone line is due to transfer to Plusnet from Be on 27th Feb. Could a Plusnet staff member confirm that all is going to plan and that my line will transfer on 27th. Will I receive an email to confirm the transfer? Thanks
I've just checked on the order and can see that the order is scheduled to complete on 27/02/2014, by the end of the day. You'll get a text message to advise you when the order has completed.
