Phone line not working

My phone line isn't working. 

How do I get to talk to someone from Plusnet to get it fixed?

There is no one available when you call.

@fred57 Like many other businesses, Plusnet are working with vastly reduced staff. Have you got anything at all on your phone?

Have you run the phone troubleshooter?

yes still not working and still perplexed as to how I access the service I am paying for

(1) What did the troubleshooter report? Note:- this should have sent an automatic response to Plusnet, but see comment in (2)

(2) Like every other organisation, Plusnet (+ BT/Openreach) are struggling with vastly reduced staff levels, which mean response times and what they can do are not the normal. Sadly you are not alone, but shouting about it won't help.

I haven't shouted; I asked a question of a company I am paying for a service I am not currently receiving
