Phone line fault

Raised a ticket and was told there was indeed an external fault with my line. Plusnet  team were supposed to contact me today and I've heard nothing. Called twice and spent 45 minutes each time with no answer. Is there no other way to contact plusnet.

Have you checked the tickets in the member centre?

Yeah, said they would contact me by now but phone is still down and no contact.
