Phone line fault

Hi i wonder if somebody from CS could check the status on a fault i reported yesterday, was given a fix date of the 4th April but i was given no idea what the fault was or where it was ?  as i explained on the phone my wife is a care worker and first responder and needs a working landline, we have the use of a mobile but its not very reliable.

Is the account different to the one linked to your community profile?
I can't see any faults reported at the moment.

Our tests have found a Dis One Leg In Network.
That could be located between the distribution point and your property but we won't know for sure until the engineer goes out.

Ok thanks for that, so some clumsy engineer has dislodged a wire in the cab    i only say this as there has been a lot of activity a my cab over the last couple of days.
