We reported the fault on July 30th. 13 days later we still have no phone line. We seem to have no progress and only sporadic updates. If we try to phone Plusnet (using mobile of course) it's ALWAYS at least a 15 minute, and often a 30 minute wait to get through. It's an absolute nightmare! Incidentally we had exactly the same problem last year and that took over 2 weeks to fix. As I said - a nightmare!

Hi there and I'm sorry to see things are taking a while to resolve.
I can see that our suppliers are working to arrange some underground work by contractors.
We're expecting the next update to this on the 18th. I'll set a reminder then to make sure this is chased up for you.

I've just spoken with Openreach who advised some further cabling work needs to be done as per what engineers have inspected today, this is due to take place on the 20th.
Sorry if this news disappoints but at least it's progress.
