No reply from Plusnet.
I'm getting BT to install a new line. I'm certainly not paying another bill. You can write as many letters to me as you like.

Still no answer to my support question 79962635
My contract does not run out until June/July but lets be honest, the service is terrible, my speed was 1mb.
Last time it was down for a week, no idea how long it's been this time.
As I said I have cancelled my DD, I want you to cancel my account and I certaintly do not expect a bill for this.
I will not pay, as I said you can write as many letter to me as you like.
