Had several calls saying my phone line and internet has been compromised and to press something Is this you Plusnet BT or some sort of scam

It's a scam that's currently doing the rounds. Ignore it.

As @Baldrick1 rightly suggests, this is one of the scammers' methods of choice at the moment.

Please disregard calls of this nature - we'd always send you a ticket if we needed to reach you.

We'd recommend adding the number to your Call Protect list if the number is displayed.
