Phone fault?

Could someone from PN run a phone line check for me please?
Someone told me today they tried to ring me 4 times yesterday and kept getting a recorded message that there was a fault on the line but I haven't noticed any problems and internet is working fine.
I did get cut off this morning on a call but rung back with no problems.

I wasn't sure if it would be answered
As mentioned tests I carried out did pick up on a "battery contact fault" which we've reported to our suppliers anyway as it may cause the odd issue with your phone service if left "untreated"

As I said I haven't noticed anything wrong other about 3 dropped calls over the last 2 months so thanks for your help.
