My phone line & Broadband have been down all day.
Online chat is unavailable & reporting by phone is reporting a 60 minute wait.

I can see we've raised a fault with our suppliers and we've been given an estimated response time of by 20/02/19 23:59:59 for an engineer to go out and investigate further. For future reference, you can test your line from Here which will raise the fault directly to Openreach if an external fault is found.
