I am extremely angry at the lack of interest from Plus Net to sort out this problem. I have a direct debit order for payments of phone calls, I look at my bill on the net, and I am well within my limits, yet I keep receiving: Home Phone credit limit reached If I do not pay any attention my phone line gets cut off. I have elderly people at home and this is not acceptable. I am about to raise this issue with oftel , BBC Watchdog and take legal action against the company. I would like to invite all those who feel the same to join in. I would also encourage all to move to new suppliers. If no positive steps are taken by Plus net to sort out this problem with in the next 24 hours.
