Phone control panel tells me I don't have phone with plusnet

I was supposed to have been transferred from BT at midnight last night, but I still can't use the phone control panel here.  How can I find out if the transfer went through?

I raised a ticket... !gasp! 40 HOURS wait timeHuh  my goodness - Plusnet either has 4 times as many customers as any other company, or 4 times fewer help center staff Cheesy

I've responded to Ticket 81188359 for you. I'm not sure if there has been a mix up in communication but the order is due to complete on 13/02/2014, any time on this date up until midnight.

Oh, I was going by a letter from BT I received a few days ago.  I guess 13th is as good a date as any Smiley
