Phone control panel displaying a different number to my active line

Hi, I have had my phone line activated for 1 week now. The control panel on PN shows a totally different number to the one I actually have. My broadband is active. I've just had a visit from BT who were to install a second line. I have not requested a 2nd line as I don't need one!
Anyway there is a ticket on my account for the line showing as being rejected by BT. I'm not sure what the problem is as my telephone works fine, my broadband is fine, but the telephone numbers do not match?
The ticket is 32725622. Can someone take a look please and let me know what is going on? I'll update the ticket with the 2 phone numbers now.
