I've emailed support a couple of times and after a couple of tries got a call logged under 95024016 which was then closed due to inactivity along with an answer that didn't make a huge amount of sense to me (looked like an internal support comment). Asking for an update didn't achieve anything so thought I'd try this forum as seems to get a better response as the issue is still outstanding.
Problem is that I've had 'caller ID awaiting activation' on the control panel for several months now. While I've not been charged so far as I can tell it does lock the panel which means I can't activate other features or deactivate features that I'm paying for but no longer need so I'm losing out slightly but mainly I'd like to have the control panel working again.
