Phone and internet down for vulnerable person.

Posting on behalf of elderly stepfather as obviously he doesn't tweet. Phone is not working neither is internet. We need the phone in particular to be working here as he has cancer and dementia and we may miss important incoming calls and internet for his medications and shopping. To have no way to talk to anyone is ridiculous, not even live chat to make someone aware of the situation. Other companies have managed it. Please advise asap. No connection since yesterday morning at the earliest.
