Phone & broadband still not working after 2 repair dates passed
Last Wednesday I reported my phone and broadband weren't working. I was told it should be fixed by midnight on Friday 24th and that Plusnet would check this and call me back on Saturday to confirm.
On Saturday, it wasn't fixed and by mid afternoon I hadn't had a call so I chased - the reason I was given was that the fault report to Openreach was 'stuck' (whether this was stuck at Plusnet or Openreach I don't know) and I was given a new fix date of Tuesday 28th.
On Sunday I was called by Plusnet to confirm this and told that on Wednesday it would be chased by Plusnet and I would be called on Wednesday to confirm that it had been fixed. I was specifically told there was no need for me to call and wait on hold as Plusnet would be chasing it.
Well, guess what? It's still not fixed and there's been no communication from Plusnet indicating they've done anything about it.
This is not exactly 'doing me proud' is it?
