Phone & Broadband Problems - Unable to contact Plusnet

Phone line is extremely noisy & broadband drops out regularly. Self employed & rely on both to work. It has been impossible to reach Plusnet via phone or chat over the past couple of days. Checker shows this as a fault & this is a repeating problem due to a fault at the pole outside the house. How can I get this resolved?
