Phone Troubleshooter not working

I've tried, repeatedly over several weeks, to use the phone troubleshooter to check a problem with a very noisy phone line. Every time I've used it, after about a minute, I get an error message 'Oops, something seems to have gone wrong'.

The only time it has worked was when the phone was completely dead (still had fibre broadband).

I don't have time to wait for half an hour, or more to speak to customer services.

Sorry to here about this,

Quickest way to report this to the attention of Plusnet is to start a live chat www.plus.net/contact yes there may be a wait but at least you can do other things while you wait. Also make sure ad blockers are disabled otherwise live chat won't work

I believe that we have the fault raised for you now. It may possibly be that there was previously an existing phone fault ticket on your account. I'll investigate and feed this back.
