I just got a email saying my phone transfer has gone through, but in the email you listed the wrong number?
should I call in about this?

We'll be able to renumber it once the order is complete, I believe your previous number will stay on the line until the order completes so there's not much chance it'll be reassigned before we place the renumber.

I think I am being a little thick, I did not realise I would get a new number
if so can I keep it
Long story short I get numerous calls every day from people who are in trouble at the local courts as my number is very similar to courts line, and sky refused a number change so if I could have a new number that would be great

That actually makes things easier for us - the new number is what the line will have once it activates with us, so it saves us having to place the number port once your transfer is complete
