Today I was checking something on our account and went to check phone calls as I saw 'added' £. 8.03 to pay for ONE phone call lasting 2H 4m at 02:38:51 on a Saturday 12 May 2018.

We are FAST a sleep at that time!

Will you fix it?

Is this something to do with Caller ID going free and 'before the 6 June 2018 date you were working on it?

These are the problem that will make me mover away my 2 accounts giving you ~ £. 1,000 per year.

I do not like to be stolen money

Apologies about this, I can see the anomaly in your itemised bill, it does indeed appear somewhat strange.

I have performed some tests on your line in order to rule any any possible Crossed Line issue - I am happy to say that I found no fault at all.
