I ordered Phone Protect a few days ago but despite saying it's active in the online control panel, it doesn't work. At the same time it seems to have disabled my voicemail? Dialing 1571 tells me "there's no voice mail active on this line", and 1572 just gives me a number unobtainable tone.
After I placed the order I got emails saying my voice mail had been removed (not sure why). Then the online page updated to say the phone protect and voicemail was active, but neither of them work.
Any ideas what I should do?
