Does anyone know how to contact the support team other than by phone?
our landline phone went out of action yesterday - no incoming or outgoing calls. I cannot phone the support team (i have no phone), unfortunately i cannot afford to spend 45 minutes on my mobile phone asking for help. This lack of other contact methods is a serious flaw - i have heard about support ticket, but i cannot find any way to raise one.
the broadband works fine
we have unplugged the phone
we have tried an dial phone
still no dial tone.
i am at a lost as to the next step.
