Phone Order Cancelled?!

Hi,
Had a email a few days ago confirming my date of install and my new phone number, today I got a email saying my home phone order has been canceled.
Nothing to indicate what to do etc.

Hi Jay,
Just checked on things and I see you've now spoken to someone about the issue and things are back in place.

Yeah managed to talk to someone, they are not sure why it was canceled but have to thorough the order again.
