Ah okay, it was still showing as active on the fault, but no worries.
The download was capped on your account because of DLM, this is what I've upped back to 40down as exchange side it was reset back up to 38Mbps. So you should see this increase I'd imagine by now, if not just reboot the router once and it should be back to normal.

Thanks JOLO. Rebooting the router has got me to 35Mbps - pretty close to where I was and above the minimum guarantee.
