Phone Noisy and won't receive calls

Had a fault logged last week and  Adam Ramsden was dealing with it call no. 5-7-201393677550.

the phone is now working insomuch as it rings but does not connect call, caller just gets answer phone.

This is urgent as I am a care responder for my 93 yr old mum.

If you call on the land line you will not be able to get through.
