Have just signed up to Plusnet 60gb and Phone, very happy with broadband so far, was a bit disappointed when i first saw the router, but it knocks spots of our old Sky router in the wireless signal. Our phone has always been with BT, but i have been persuaded to try Plusnet, its far cheaper line rental, and even better paying it up front, only thing i am concerned about is should i have a problem with the phone not working and its a line problem who do i phone BT or Plusnet, BT were always fast at sorting out any problems in the past, i am given to understand its still a BT line, but who repairs a fault.
