Phone Line Only

Hi
Still got a 4 months or so left on the LRS but out of contract on the fttc broadband Service.
If the fftc broadband service is migrated to another isp eg aaisp would the account revert to the standard  free dial up PAYG product for the remainder of the LRS?

There isn't a dial up option at all
Essentially it would just be a standalone phone with nothing else (not sure about email addresses etc,)

Hi Webif,
Oldjim is pretty much spot on. It would just be downgraded to a free generic account (until the LRS runs out at least).
Just for the record - email addresses stay.

Just one other thing, if say I add caller id (always handy over xmas Wink would it be the normal bolt on  99p  direct debit ?

Yep.
Should go on within 24 hours.
You'll get charged a pro rata fee for the first month to sync up with the billing date.

Your account has been downgraded to phone only. Don't worry about those tickets, our billing team are aware that we have the intention our your account being a generic service.
