Phone Line Fault

Hi,

I have a constant noise on my line since the weekend and no one can hear me when I call. I have done all the usual tests as advised and run the online troubeshooter which does not show any fault is it possible to get this looked into as I cannot get through to customer services?

Thanks for getting in touch @AW and apologies for the delayed response.

Our tests aren't showing any external issues.

Can you respond to the ticket I've created on your account and post back once you've done so? -Matt
