Phone Line Down since Tueday and no sign of any engineer or update

Hi,

Phone line and broadband went down on Tuesday 18 September.

Reported the fault via the app and it told me to call CS, after an 18 minute wait guy said "fault already logged, why did you phone?".

Anyway, given engineer response date of 20th, came and went without any update or engineer.

Question had a next update date of 21st posted, no update received.

Asked for an update on my question on the 22nd, none received.

What on earth is going on?
