My Phone Line went DEAD some time last night and I was alerted by a friend calling my Mobile.
As an aside, my Broadband speed which is normally ~ 11.25Mbps, has slowed to a crawl at < 2Mbps though I am sure that this is a consequence of the Phone Line fault.
I have tried the usual diagnostics of using a Wired Handset, and plugging directly into the BT Openreach Filtered Faceplate.
I realise that it is the weekend but if any PlusNet agents are active here, please call me on the Mobile Number I have given in the Ticket.
